The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 8, line 16, after the word "Counseling;" by adding the word "or";

On page 4, section 8, line 17, after the word "Therapy" by changing the semicolon to a period;

On page 5, section 8, lines 18-19 by striking out paragraphs (D) and (E) in their entirety;

And,

On page 5, section 8, after line 22, by adding a new subdivision, designated subdivision (3), to read as follows:

(3) Nothing in this section shall prohibit a board from requiring a licensee to participate in attending a board designated professional health program.
